ATHENA: Blood Twins: How to contact customer support service

ATHENA: Blood Twins is a dark MMORPG set in the shattered world of Yggdrasil, delivering a unique worldview with immersive gameplay. In this game, you play as Warriors of Fate, tasked with fighting in the war that determines the world’s destiny as Athena, the Goddess of Wisdom, falls into despair. Since its launch, the need to contact ATHENA: Blood Twins Customer Support has constantly increased.

Though the game has successfully delivered all the key elements one expects from this genre, there are still a lot of issues that need to be addressed by the developers. Some of you are facing hindrances in the form of in-game bugs, account-related issues, and in-app purchase-related problems.

We want all of you to have a smooth and hassle-free gaming experience without being bothered by in-game bugs. Here’s our step-by-step guide for reaching out to the Support team of ATHENA: Blood Twins.

The support team has already answered many frequently asked questions on the ATHENA: Blood Twins official website. But if anyone can’t satisfy themselves, ATHENA: Blood Twins customer service is available to contact anytime to answer your queries.

There are two ways to contact the customer support team of ATHENA: Blood Twins. Players can contact via the in-game customer support option or reach out to the developers at Efun Game Ltd. directly via their social media handles.

How to Contact via the in-game Customer Service Option

You must launch the game on your device. Once the in-game home screen has loaded, adhere to the steps below:

  • Tap on the Widget icon, located at the right-hand corner of your home screen.
  • The Settings option would pop up in the upper right corner of your device screen, upon doing so.
  • While on the Settings menu, you will come across four navigable tabs at the bottom of the menu screen, namely, Settings, Profile, Language, and Activation code. Switch over to the Profile tab from there.
  • Under the Profile tab, you will come across various sections, categorically divided. Look for the Info Management section, and under that, you will find the Contact Customer Service button. Tap on that.

  • A chat screen would pop up next, where the Robot Assistant will greet you and provide you with a full list of categories to choose from, starting with Game News, to Account Issues, Bug Feedback, etc.
  • Once you navigate to the relevant categories, you will need to select/choose the sub-categories/questions from under that as well. Choose the one that is closest to and best describes your issue.
  • The Robot assistant would immediately fetch and come up with a fix/resolution that has been documented in the database. You will likely come across your exact issue out there.

Contacting the support team

If your issue persists or is unaddressed at this point, you can raise a Support ticket. Adhere to the steps below to do so:

  • While the Robot Assistant fetches the solution to your query, it also triggers another message almost immediately asking you to choose between the three options:
    • If your problem is resolved.
    • If you wish to view more issues.
    • If you still need help and want to contact support.
  • If your issue is still there, choose the third option. If the Assistant has more ways/answers to your issue, it will ask you to type out your exact issue in detail and will ask you to attach screenshots along with it, by tapping on the clip icon right next to the message box.
  • If it does not have any further solutions/answers to provide on that topic, a ticket-raising menu will pop up on your screen, asking for the following inputs:
    • Problem type (Choose the category that best describes your issue from the drop-down)
    • Game (Will auto-populate)
    • Server (Will auto-populate)
    • Role name (Will auto-populate)
    • Problem details (Describe your issue in detail under this section)
    • Upload image (Relevant attachments in the form of images, up to 3 for better understanding of your issue).
