How 2 Escape: Lost Submarine offers a unique two-player challenge across devices, now available on multiple platforms

  • How 2 Escape: Lost Submarine returns with improved co-op gameplay and tougher, more engaging puzzles.
  • The game offers simple controls, captivating visuals, tougher puzzles as you progress, cross-platform play across two devices, and more.
  • You only need one copy of the game, as your partner can join using the free companion app on PC or mobile.

BreakFirst has announced the launch of their co-op puzzle sim title, How 2 Escape: Lost Submarine, with the main game available on PC, Switch, Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4/PlayStation 5, and the companion app on Android, iOS, and PC.

Dive into a high-stakes co-op mission to stop a submarine before it’s too late

How 2 Escape: Lost Submarine brings back the co-op sim adventure that made the original so fun, now with better gameplay and more challenging puzzles. In this game, you and your partner play as Haurée and Leroy, working together to track down a missing submarine and stop a global conflict before it’s too late.

The story starts with an enemy attack on an allied base, pushing the government to launch a torpedo strike. This order is later cancelled, but the submarine carrying the torpedo has gone silent, and no one knows if the cancellation orders reached them. It’s up to you and your partner to find the submarine.

Engage in a cross-platform co-op challenge that tests your coordination and puzzle-solving skills

What intrigues me the most about this game is how it splits this thrilling experience. You or your friend explores the submarine on PC or console, while the other uses a phone to guide with vital clues and information. It’s surely a clever setup that will attract a lot of players.

If you’re into escape room-like titles and love playing with friends, this new chapter in the How 2 Escape series is worth trying out. With simple controls, captivating visuals, increasingly challenging puzzles, cross-platform play across two devices, and more, the game surely looks very promising.

How 2 Escape: Lost Submarine companion app is now available on both Android and iOS. You can download the game via your respective Google Play Store or App Store. Plus, you only need one copy to play together, thanks to the free companion app on mobile and PC.
