Civilization: Eras & Allies: How to contact customer support service

Civilization: Eras & Allies, the 4X strategy title from 2K, Inc., has launched in Asia, and many fans from the region have already started playing. Of course, a new launch might see a few bugs here and there, so knowing how to contact the customer support service of Civilization: Eras & Allies is important.

If you are starting with this title, we have already covered a lot of content for you. So, make sure to check our beginners’ guideresource guide, redeem codes article, and the character tier list to get a head start in the game.

There are multiple ways you can contact the support service. There are three options currently: one with the in-game customer service option, the next with the website, and the third with the social media handles of the game.

How to contact via the in-game Customer Service option

Follow these steps if you want to contact the customer service team through the in-game option:

  • Once you open the game, click on the Character Icon on the top left side of the screen.
  • Navigate to the Settings Menu.
  • You will find settings such as Language, Translate, and other features. On the bottom side of your screen, you will find two options: FAQ and Support Tickets.

  • If you click on FAQ, you will have plenty of questions answered there, where you can find solutions. But if you do not, the Support Tickets option is the way to go.
  • Click on the Support Tickets menu, and it will redirect you to the conversations page. Here, you can click on the Start a Conversation option to begin a chat.
  • You can place your question here, and to remind you, this is not a live chat. The copy of your conversation will remain in the game, so you can keep checking if you get a response or not.

How to contact via the official website

There is also another way to contact the support team, and this is through the development website.

  • Head over to the official support website of 2K Games.
  • Here, you’ll need to choose the game title from the list, select Civilization: Eras & Allies. It will redirect you to the support page.
  • In the space, enter your email address, subject, and a detailed description of the issue you’re facing. It’s recommended to explain what happened right before the issue occurred and to include any relevant screenshots or videos for better clarity. You’ll also need to identify the type of issue, mention the platform you’re using, and optionally provide your Player ID or attach files.
  • Click on Submit.

Your query will be checked by the team, and then you will be contacted via email.

How to contact the Developer Team Directly

Another way is to contact the developer team via their social media handles, where they are more active. You can contact them via the official Facebook handle, and for a bigger space, they also have a Discord server where you can ask your questions.
