The hour before the Summer update of Grow a Garden brought along plenty of weather events, admin commands, and a brand new mutation called Galactic. If you missed it, don’t worry, it might randomly appear during normal gameplay or during next week’s update. If you want to know what it does, its value multiplier, and more, this guide is for you.

How to Get the Galactic mutation in Grow a Garden
Space Travel is a weather type in the game which is manually activated by the admins/developers as of now, so if you would like to have the Galactic mutation caused by it, make sure to log in during the “admin abuse” event. If Jandel is about to activate this weather, he will let you know via in-game messages, and you’ll see it happen in real time.
During this event, the skies go from daytime to space-like, packed with stars. A bright flashing animation indicates that it has begun; however, unlike the lightning event, I didn’t see a visual indication of this weather hitting a particular crop.
Since this event is space-themed, you can also jump higher due to lower gravity, so make sure to grab the fruits off of tall plants like Beanstalk, Coconut, etc. You can also jump on the rocks that appear near the map.
The Galactic mutation gives a purple vfx around the fruit, and if you get stacked mutations on the same fruit, it will show a combined effect. It appears that the value multipler is x100 and with other mutations included, the value is bound to be significantly high.
