Akupara Games has announced the launch of their mutant soap opera adventure, Mutazione, now available on both Android and iOS, for $8.99. Developed by indie studio Die Gute Fabrik, the game first debuted on Apple Arcade in 2019, and now it’s bidding farewell to it, after a heartfelt five-year run.

Mutazione is a beautifully hand-drawn adventure title that blends soap opera-style drama with a mysterious, high-stakes story. You play as Kai, a 15-year-old girl who travels to a secluded, strange little town to care for her sick grandfather, Nonna, which turns out to be more than just nursing duties.
This town has an unusual history, as over a century ago, a meteor called the Moon Dragon struck a tropical resort, mutating both the land and its people. While most perished, the few from the rescue team who stayed behind formed a small, isolated community, now known as Mutazione.
