The month of May 2025 has wrapped up, and the monthly mobile charts have offered us another new rankings list. While we did see some new names climbing up, Honor of Kings and Block Blast! still remain the revenue and downloads leaders. Let’s dig into the chart and see games that made the most noise last month.
Top Mobile Games by Downloads for May 2025
Block Blast! just can’t be stopped. The casual king racked up another 35.8 million downloads, showing only a slight dip from April but easily maintaining its spot at the top. Roblox held second with 22.9 million downloads, while Subway Surfers kept gliding third with 15.5 million downloads.
Although the top 3 didn’t change, we did see a few surprises from the 4th. It came with Meme Merge: Drop Puzzle making a big jump to fourth with 14.2 million, while Ludo King and Pizza Ready! followed closely with similar numbers.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang made a notable climb to seventh, pulling in 12.3 million downloads after missing out on the previous rankings. Free Fire and Free Fire MAX landed back-to-back again at 8 and 9, respectively, almost collecting a similar downloads count around 11 million.
Hyper-casual titles like Hole.io, Merge Fellas, and No Wifi – Antistress Relax Toys added some colourful variety to the list. Meanwhile, newcomers like Brain Rotted Tiptap Challenge, My Talking Tom 2, and Royal Kingdom rounded out the top 15.
Top Mobile Games by Revenue for May 2025
It was another massive month for Honor of Kings, topping the charts with $184.2 million in revenue and proving why it remains a global titan. Whiteout Survival stayed close behind with $137 million, Last War: Survival followed in third, just a few million short, earning $133.1 million, both swapping places from April.
Royal Match maintained its puzzle empire in fourth with $127.2 million, while PUBG Mobile returned to fifth place, generating $119.3 million and staying well within the big league despite slipping in download charts. Candy Crush Saga picked up $105 million, keeping its sweet spot secure.

MONOPOLY GO! stayed in the top 10 with nearly $100 million, while Pokémon TCG Pocket kept catching steady earnings at $81.1 million. Coin Master, Gossip Harbor, and the surprising entry of SD Gundam G Generation ETERNAL filled out the rest of the top 10.
Meanwhile, Brawl Stars, Honkai: Star Rail, Township, and Love and Deepspace kept the tail end of the top 15 competitive, with each title earning above $38 million to complete the chart.
