Clash Royale is having its June 2025 events on a roll, and we have the Magical Trio event live now. This event in Clash Royale brings together the iconic Wizard, Electro Wizard, and Ice Wizard, and is a must-have in your decks.
So, having the right decks to earn the rewards becomes important. So to help you with that, here’s a guide to three top-performing decks to help you win consistently in the Magical Trio challenge in Clash Royale.
Best decks to use in the Magical Trio Challenge in Clash Royale
1. Wizard Trio, Archers, Mega Knight, Royal Ghost, The Log, Barbarian Barrel, Hog Rider, Royal Delivery
Average Elixir Cost: 3.8
This deck is pretty popular in these events. With Wizard, Electro Wizard, and Ice Wizard already in play, your focus shifts to surrounding them with support cards. Mega Knight acts as your heavy-hitter on defense, especially useful against swarms and ground pushes.
On offense, Hog Rider is your main win condition. He pairs well with the defensive units once they survive a push. Barbarian Barrel and Royal Delivery ensure that you’re never short of cheap defense. Archers will be your backup against air counters. Test the deck here.
2. Wizard Trio, Goblin Drill, Bats, Mini PEKKA, The Log, Skeletons, Royal Ghost, Fireball

Here is a cheaper deck, which I found effective in using the trio in the best way. The ideal playstyle is chip-based; don’t aim for huge pushes, but rather wear the opponent down over time. Use Goblin Drill to constantly pressure the tower, especially when you know their counters are out of cycle.
The rest of your deck should be used to support that goal: Mini PEKKA handles big threats, Royal Ghost keeps lane presence, and your cheap cycle cards let you rotate to Fireball or Drill when needed. With so much control from the Wizard Trio, you can safely stall and bait out bad plays. Copy the deck here.
3. Wizard Trio, Goblin Barrel, Executioner, Knight, Rocket, Ice Spirit, Tesla, Princess
Average Elixir Cost: 4.0
This Wizard Trio deck leans heavily into a control and chip-damage strategy. The plan is to defend with the Wizard Trio and supporting units, then slowly chip away at the opponent’s tower using Goblin Barrel and Princess. Rocket plays a major role here, not just damaging towers but also clearing pushes.
Use Tesla and Ice Spirit to hold off hogs, rams, or bridge spam, giving you full control over the tempo. Princess is perfect for stacking and forcing out spells. The goal is to slowly overwhelm your opponent with repeated small pushes and flawless defense. Try out this deck here.
